Three new Ministers take oath

Three new ministers were on Monday inducted into the Left Democratic Front Government in Kerala.

P J Joseph of Kerala Congress (J), Kadannappally Ramachandran of Congress (S) and Jose Thettayil of the Janata Dal (S) owing allegiance to the Deva Gowda faction were sworn in at a simple ceremony at the Raj Bhaavan.

Kerala Governor R S Gavai administered the oath of office and secrecy to the three ministers.

Mr Ramachandran Kadanapally and Mr JoseThettayil are new faces in the cabinet. Mr Joseph is staging a come back after demitting office following a case of allegedly misbehaving with a woman passenger during a Chennai-Kochi flight.
